E-bike and electric scooter rental

RESERVATION OF BIKES AND SCOOTERS

Bicycle and scooter reservations can be made by contacting +420 721 981 929 or e-mail: recepce@resortsnezne.cz.
When booking by phone, please confirm your booking in writing. Contact e-mail - recepce@resortsnezne.cz.
In addition to providing the selected model and bike size, state your full name and telephone number in the booking e-mail.

TERMS FOR RENTING

If you want to rent a bike or scooter for several days, you must return it every day by 6 pm. We do not rent bikes overnight.
When renting a bike or scooter, we will acquaint you with the selected item, its technical condition and then we will secure a rental agreement.
For each borrowed bike we will collect a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 - only in cash (we do not pledge keys, telephones, etc.).
If you return the bike damaged, you will be charged a fine - see the rental agreement.
It is necessary to provide two identity documents for each rented bike. Each client can borrow only one bike in their name. This does not apply to resort guests.

• Day charge for other interested parties - 1199 CZK
• Charging stations for ELECTRIC VEHICLES

In ensure that the electric cars owners are at ease and fully accomomodated with us, we have installed 3 charging stations and 1 fast charging station. They are available in the resort car park grounds. Accommodated guests can use them free of charge. Non-accommodated guests pay 5 CZK / kW / h. You can relax in our restaurant whilst your car is being fully recharged.
