When our chef said he wanted to have Grilled-cheese fixings on the summer menu, we were a bit taken aback because "fryer" was a dirty word for us.
However...as soon as we tasted these luxurious balls (made of shredded cheddar and gouda) with baked potatoes and smoked mayo, we knew immediately that we had to share this gem with you.
