Accommodation Regulations
1. The resort provides services according to its classification corresponding to the hotel level.
2. Accommodation of guests at the Sněžné Amanita Resort **** is in accordance with §2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. The Sněžné Amanita Resort **** provides temporary accommodation to the guest for an agreed period of time and the guest (here in after referred to as "guest") undertakes to pay for accommodation and services related there to within the time limit set out in these accommodation rules.
3. The rights and obligations of the contracting parties are regulated by these accommodation rules and the price list of the accommodation provider's services.
4. Reservations for accommodation at the Sněžné Amanita Resort **** can be made online at the Sněžné Amanita Resort **** website or by phone. The guest will then receive an email confirmation of the reservation from the accommodation provider. From the moment the booking confirmation is sent, the booking becomes confirmed.
5. The resort is only allowed to accommodate a guest who has duly registered. The guest is obliged to present a valid identity document on arrival, a foreign travel document within the meaning of the Act on the Residence of Foreigners in the Czech Republic, as well as sign the registration form. Registration at the reception of the resort also applies to a minor child.
6. By checking in properly, the guest is entitled to temporary accommodation for the agreed period of time.
7. After proper check-in, the guest will receive a chip card from the accommodation provider. In case of loss of the card, the guest is obliged to report the loss immediately to the reception. In the event of failure to do so, the resort will not be liable for any damages related to the loss of the card. The guest will be charged a fee of 200 CZK for the loss or destruction of the hotel chip card.
8. Upon confirmed reservation, the resort is obliged to accommodate the guest from 14:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure according to the confirmed reservation. Early check-in before 14:00 or late check-in after 20:00 must be arranged in advance and await approval and possible pricing of this extra service. If the guest fails to arrive and unless otherwise agreed, the resort has the right to refuse the guest's accommodation and charge the full price for the agreed accommodation according to the confirmed booking.
9. The guest is obliged to arrive for all meals at the times indicated below. If the guest wishes to arrive at other times for the agreed meals, it is necessary to agree in advance and wait for approval and possible pricing of this extra service. If a guest fails to arrive at the times stated below and unless otherwise agreed, the resort has the right to no longer serve that guest. Breakfast at the resort runs from 8:00 to 10:00.
10. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is possible by email or phone. Cancellation fee will be charged according to the above cancellation policy.
11. If the guest does not present a valid identity document (ID card, passport), the resort is entitled to refuse accommodation to the guest with regard to the Act on Local Fees for Czech citizens and Act 314/2015 Coll. for foreign clients.
12. Accommodation in the resort is allowed only to persons who are not infected with infectious diseases and cannot be seen to have consumed alcohol or drugs.
13. The Resort reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to offer the guest accommodation other than the agreed accommodation, provided it does not differ substantially from the confirmed reservation.
14. If the guest requests an extension of the accommodation period compared to the agreed time and the resort has available capacity, the accommodation period can be extended. However, the resort may offer the guest a different suite than the one they were originally staying in.
15. The guest is obliged to pay for the accommodation and other reserved services in accordance with the valid price list of the resort upon check-out at the reception on the basis of the submitted bill or invoice.
16. The accommodation ends on the date agreed with the guest, the date on which the guest checks out. In order to check out properly, the guest must vacate the apartment by 10.00 a.m., surrender the chip card at the reception and pay the bill. If the guest fails to do so and unless otherwise agreed, the resort is entitled to charge a late check-out fee or an additional night's stay.
17. The guest is obliged to check the completeness of the equipment and its condition immediately upon arrival in the reserved accommodation area according to the list of equipment in the hotel book, which is available in the suite. Any missing or damaged equipment should be reported to the reception immediately. In case of any damage to the equipment found during the accommodation, the guest is also obliged to report it to the resort reception.
18. The guest is entitled to use the suite facilities only for the purposes for which they are intended.
19. The guest may not make any substantial changes to the premises reserved for use without the consent of the resort management, i.e., may not move equipment or make any interventions in the electrical network or other installations.
20. Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in the apartment. This regulation does not apply to electrical appliances used for personal hygiene (shaver, massager, hair dryer, etc.) and low-power appliances used for personal use (laptops, camera chargers, mobile phone chargers, etc.).
21. The guest is liable for any damage caused to the resort's equipment unless he/she proves that it was not his/her fault and is obliged to pay for such damage immediately. This entitlement of the resort also applies to damage that is discovered after the guest's departure. This damage will be paid by sending an invoice or by charging the credit card.
22. The resort's common areas are available for receiving visitors. In the accommodation part, guests can receive visitors only from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. with the consent of the receptionist. Outside these hours, only guests and resort staff have access to the suite.
23. Pets are not allowed in all indoor areas of the resort.
24. Guests may not bring dangerous objects and substances (sharp objects, weapons, explosives, flammables, corrosives, poisons, etc.), narcotic or psychotropic substances, or objects or substances that smell strongly into the premises of the resort.
25. Smoking is not allowed in all indoor areas of the resort and on the balconies of the suites. In case of violation of the ban, the guest will be charged 5000,-CZK.
26. Guests are obliged to observe a nightly quiet time from 22:00 to 06:00 and must not disturb other guests. With the operator's consent, social events may be organised in the resort after 10 pm in the designated areas.
27. It is only permitted to enter and leave the resort area via the access roads. Parking for guests of the resort is provided free of charge in the parking lot, which is monitored by a camera system. The resort is not responsible for any damage or theft of the vehicle or items in the vehicle. The Resort reserves the right to claim and account for any damage to Resort property caused by a guest's vehicle.
28. For safety reasons, children under the age of ten are not allowed to stay in the suites or other areas of the resort without adult supervision. Any damage caused by children is the full responsibility of their legal guardian.
29. In the event of illness or injury, the resort will arrange for medical assistance. The fee for transportation and treatment is the responsibility of the guest. The exception is when the hotel is responsible for the illness or injury incurred by the guest.
30. Guests are obliged to turn off the taps, turn off the lights, close the windows and balcony doors every time they leave the apartment.
31. While on the resort premises, each guest is obliged to behave in such a way as not to cause a fire. Guest behaviour in the event of a fire is regulated by the fire and safety regulations, which are published in the hotel's book, which is located in each suite.
32. The fire in the resort is announced automatically by optical-smoke detectors, which are installed in all suites and public areas of the hotel. There is a touch-trigger detector at the main entrance which is used to manually announce the fire. In the event of a fire, guests are required to report the fire alarm.
33. The Resort is liable to guests for damage to items brought in or left in connection with the accommodation in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. Items brought in are items brought to the premises that were intended for accommodation or storage, as well as items that were handed over to the responsible Resort employee for this purpose. The Resort shall not be liable for any damage caused to the resident by the resident's negligence, e.g. loss of the smart card, etc. The right to compensation must be exercised without undue delay, but no later than 15 days after the date on which the injured party became aware of the damage.
34. There is a safe in each suite of the resort and guests are required to use it to store their valuables or they can use the safe at the reception. The hotel accepts responsibility for money and valuables only if they have been deposited by a resort staff member in the reception safe.
35. Access to the occupied suite is allowed to maids, reception staff, hotel management and maintenance staff when a technical fault is reported in the suite.
36. Guests are asked to observe the principles of good manners in the public areas of the resort. In case of non-compliance, the resort reserves the right not to serve the guest.
37. Forgotten belongings of guests in the resort are registered and stored for one month. Forgotten items will be sent to the guest only if requested and at the guest's expense.
38. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Accommodation Regulations throughout the entire period of accommodation. If the guest grossly violates the accommodation rules and good manners despite a warning, the resort is entitled to withdraw from the provision of accommodation services before the expiry of the agreed period. The Resort shall be entitled to a full refund of the accommodation price. The guest must then leave the resort immediately.
39. The personal data of guests are processed on the basis of the internal directive of ZM – TECH s.r.o. on the processing and protection of personal data. This directive is available on the website of the Sněžné Amanita Resort: www.resort-snezne.eu
40. These accommodation rules are available to guests in the hotel book in the suite and at the reception and come into force on 1 January 2018.
